Overview
RareWon offers a mix of digital products (guides) and coaching services. Our refund policy differs by product type:
Digital downloads (eBooks, guides)
- Free downloads: no charge.
- Paid downloadable products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been issued.
Coaching packages & paid programs
- If you sign up for a coaching program, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase provided no coaching sessions have been scheduled and onboarding materials have not been shared.
- After onboarding or the first live session begins, refunds are not available.
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of RareWon.
How to request a refund
Email coach@rarewon.in with: order number, reason for refund, and supporting details. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
